Thrive goes beyond installing tools. It combines governance, strategy, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement in a long term operating relationship.

What Thrive covers

Thrive supports the organisation across its wider digital maturity.

This may include governance, strategy, platform design, implementation, adoption, reporting, organisational insight, capability building and continuous improvement.

The work evolves through a shared plan and operating rhythm rather than a fixed list of outputs. Priorities change as the organisation develops, new evidence appears and better opportunities emerge.

How Thrive is delivered

Thrive includes greater senior involvement than Launch.

Yopla’s senior team provides direction, independent challenge, architecture and judgement. Our role is not simply to implement requests. It is to help leadership make better decisions and sustain change across the organisation.

Delivery, configuration, evidence gathering and reporting are supported by Yopla’s wider team, platforms and automation.

Transformation brings more challenge and more organisational friction than straightforward implementation. That is deliberate. Thrive is designed to change habits, strengthen governance and increase digital maturity, not simply make existing processes faster.

Pricing and growth

We estimate the starting Charges using our standard per User pricing and the information available when Thrive begins.

That estimate becomes a single organisational subscription.

Thrive is designed for a more established organisational relationship, so normal changes in headcount are managed through the relationship rather than through constant seat counting.

Where organisational scale, complexity, strategic scope or demand changes materially, Yopla may review the Services, operating rhythm, service level or Charges.

Fair usage

Thrive provides sustained access to strategy, delivery and senior judgement, but it is not unlimited consultancy.

Fair usage is assessed against Yopla’s standard day rates:

Associate: £1,000 per day

Consultant: £1,250 per day

Senior: £1,500 per day

Principal: £2,000 per day

The subscription provides better overall value through continuity, shared context and blended delivery. It does not change the standard rates used to assess fair usage.

Any discount or discretionary price reduction affects the amount paid. It does not change how fair usage is measured.

Where sustained demand materially exceeds what Thrive is designed to support, Yopla may review priorities, the operating rhythm, the subscription or any additional delivery required.

What makes Thrive different

Launch establishes a proven operational stack.

Thrive helps the organisation evolve around it.

That means broader scope, deeper senior involvement, ongoing governance and a greater focus on adoption, leadership, behaviour and long term organisational change.

Launch is not a lower cost route to the same relationship. It is a different service, designed for a narrower purpose and a more bounded level of involvement.

Ownership

The ownership and licensing position is set out in our Terms of Service.

Thrive may include wider rights to the Application Layer than Launch. Where those rights apply, they will be confirmed through the relevant Order Form.

Unless Yopla agrees otherwise in writing, any ongoing licence remains conditional on the Customer continuing its relationship with Yopla in good standing.

Scope of the monthly fee

The monthly fee supports one ranked programme ledger. Yopla and the Customer agree the ranking, and work proceeds in that order.

The fee does not cover unlimited parallel projects. A separate product, an accelerated deadline, or a material new workstream is agreed in writing before work begins, including any change to fees or timescales.
