Launch
A delivery-focused service designed to establish a joined-up operational stack and get teams using it with confidence.
A focused implementation service for growing organisations that need a joined up operational stack without the weight of a full transformation programme.
Launch brings together proven tools, established patterns and Yopla’s delivery platform to help organisations move quickly and build on firmer foundations.
What Launch covers
Launch typically includes CRM, workflow and delivery tools, finance and payments, websites, automation and practical business applications.
We favour platforms and approaches that Yopla has already assessed and knows how to implement well. Launch is designed to solve known operational problems, not to create an open ended technology programme.
Where software or applications are included, Launch normally delivers an agreed first production release. This is a useful, working release that meets the agreed acceptance criteria. Further functionality, optimisation and product development may be considered separately.
How Launch is delivered
Launch follows an agreed delivery plan.
Senior involvement is concentrated around architecture, prioritisation, key decisions and review. Most configuration, implementation, testing and reporting is delivered through Yopla’s wider team, platform, templates and automation.
Work is scheduled and prioritised through the plan. Launch is responsive, but it is not an on demand consultancy service.
Pricing and growth
We estimate the starting Charges using our standard per User pricing and the information available about the organisation when Launch begins.
That estimate becomes a single organisational subscription.
Launch is often used by growing organisations, so we expect headcount, usage and operating needs to change. We will not automatically reprice every small change, but we will keep the commercial assumptions under review.
Where growth, demand or complexity materially changes what Launch needs to provide, Yopla may review the scope, priorities, service level or Charges.
Fair usage
Launch is a subscription, not a bank of unlimited hours.
Fair usage is assessed against Yopla’s standard day rates:
Associate: £1,000 per day
Consultant: £1,250 per day
Senior: £1,500 per day
Principal: £2,000 per day
The subscription provides better overall value through continuity, shared context and blended delivery. It does not change the standard rates used to assess fair usage.
Any discount or discretionary price reduction affects the amount paid. It does not change how fair usage is measured.
Where sustained demand materially exceeds what Launch is designed to support, Yopla may reprioritise the work, review the subscription or scope additional delivery separately.
Where Launch stops
Launch is designed to establish and improve the operational stack.
It provides less access to senior time, less organisational governance and a narrower range of strategic work than Thrive.
Where the requirement becomes broader digital transformation, sustained organisational change or ongoing executive challenge, Thrive is the appropriate service.
Ownership
Launch provides a working service configured and supported by Yopla.
The ownership and licensing position is set out in our Terms of Service. Unless Yopla agrees otherwise in writing, Launch does not include source code ownership, an exit copy or codebase handover.
